Using ActiveMerchant to Process Credit Cards with LinkPoint

I finally got credit card processing working with LinkPoint and ActiveMerchant. I put my test code on Pastie: http://pastie.caboo.se/41202

It’s adapted from OmniNerd’s article Processing Credit Cards with Ruby on Rails. esomnie’s Pastie was also very helpful. Hopefully this will help someone else process credit cards with LinkPoint, ActiveMerchant, and Ruby.
